[https://forum.cyclinguk.org/viewtopic.php?t=142702 This one specific topic on forum.cycling.co.uk], My main source of documentation as it allows download of the material. It is important to note that starting from the early 1990s, all of these catalogues come from Shimano itself. I tried really hard to find my way through Shimano's website to pick up other stuff that might have been interesting but I couldn't. I have no clue how they managed it. [https://www.disraeligears.co.uk/site/shimano_-_catalogues_newsletters.html disraeligears.co.uk], Probably the BEST source on derailleurs but, as a result, has lot of documentation that supplements the retrobike.co.uk archive. [https://si.shimano.com/en/ si.shimano.com], Shimano's own website provides a LARGE amount of archived material for singular components.

In 1981 Shimano changed their nomenclature to better represent the components' name. They have done so before but the change from 1981 stuck and is still used as of today. As such, I am going to try to squish identical groups with different names under the same category.
